Blue Water Life off Green Island Antigua

Our dinghy has a break while we are in front of Green Island. After all, I would like to ride my own boat one day. For me, the Hobie inflatable kayak is the perfect mix of transportation and fitness equipment. The skipper loves to drive me from behind. He constantly complains that I'm not kicking enough. As you can see we have a lot of fun while the neighboring boats ( SY Flora , SY Helacious ) take photos.
The kayak is ideal for short trips to the beach on Green Island.
The sociability is not neglected either. There are several other Salty Dawg boats in the bay. You meet for a sundowner sometimes on one boat, sometimes on the other. With the crew of the Flora we make a little barbecue on board of escape. The table is set.
Of course, the sun doesn't always shine in our blue water paradise either.
But you can watch a rainbow again afterwards.
The best time of the day for us is sunset, not just because of the sundowner 🍻🍹😉.
In the end we stay 6 days in front of Green Island, the buoy stopped.
escape is located on a buoy in Nonsuch Bay, which is bordered on one side by the idyllic islet “Green Island”. As you can see on the cover picture, left, the reef begins right behind us. Every day the skipper asks himself whether the buoy is really holding or whether he should lower the boat.
