Require a PCR Test for Travel?

This test is for the general public travelling from Antigua & Barbuda that meet established criteria.

All of the following requirements must be presented at time of processing.

Requirements:

· Completed PCR test request form for each traveller (link below attached)- It has been confirmed that for individuals that are requesting a PCR COVID-19 test for the purpose of traveling, the physician that signs the form is the physician at MSJMC that is doing the swabbing.

· Government issued picture ID

· Your travel Itinerary

· Processing Fee

o XCD$300.00 each for Antiguan & Caricom nationals

o USD$300.00 for all other nationals

· Samples will be taken on Mondays to Friday between 2:00pm & 4:00pm and by appointment only

· Travellers are expected to present for swabbing at least 5-7 days before departure.

In order to get an appointment, payment must be made in advance of you being swabbed and a copy of your receipt (or your receipt number with your full name) should be emailed to this email address (covidresults@msjmc.org). An alternative accommodation will have to be made for travelers who are unable to complete this process via email.

Forms can ordinarily be obtained from the reception area at the hospital or from this email address. The form should be filled in by the traveler and presented with the other requirements for processing.

Processing and payment (cash, credit card, or cheque) are done at the MSJMC's main cashier booth.

Should you reply to this email with your travel date, you can be informed of your specific time frame for your payment/processing and swabbing date.
